I. Introduction

The Department of Information Network Engineering was established in 2004 and introduced a master's program in 2017. As the department developed, it attained accreditation from the University of Science and Technology’s evaluation and passed the IEET Information Accreditation Certification (CAC), bringing it up to international standards. Currently, the department focuses on developing information engineering technology and network technology, emphasizing academic advancement and system integration, especially in integrating intelligent IoT applications, to develop students' professionalism and ability to conduct independent research. It is also hoped that graduates of this program will become excellent programmers, network management engineers, and IoT developers. Graduates have also been praised for their entrepreneurship, careers, and higher education success.

II. Development Features

The program has three modules, including information and communication technology, software design and development, and network and information security management, laying the foundation for IoT.
Information and Communication Technology: Along with a practical course in network devices, the main focus will be developing embedded systems for smart IoT and industry 4.0.
Software Design and Development: Along with a practical course, the main focus will be on designing application interfaces, managing databases, as well as developing cloud computing services.
Network and Information Security Management: Along with a practical course in network system management, the main focus will be on information security and cybersecurity management to establish a foundation for IoT information security.

III. Professional Facilities

3D printers, intelligent IoT control equipment, SCADA data collection systems, practical IoT engineer certification teaching platforms, innovative IoT robot teaching platforms, and smart IoT home platforms are all available. The microprocessor laboratory, the programming multimedia laboratory, the network engineering laboratory, and the AI/IoT and edge computing laboratory were all set up to provide comprehensive training for smart IoT based on the department's educational objectives and development plan.
