Organizing off-campus teaching regularly to enable students to understand the connection between the courses learned in school and the technological industry. This provides them with practical experiences and an opportunity to explore the work environment they will soon enter.
Inviting experienced industry professionals from collaborative companies to co-teach, ensuring that the course content aligns closely with industry needs.
Inviting the Technology Industry to Campus for Talent Recruitment:
To further bridge the gap between academia and industry and move towards the goal of students being employed upon graduation, our department starts inviting various companies to campus for talent recruitment beginning in the third year of university. This allows students to undergo pre-employment training through internships, accumulating work experience and learning workplace attitudes during their academic years.
Upon graduation, they can be retained for employment based on their accumulated experience.
